Customers may return unused, unwashed cushions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

📦 Condition of Items Returned cushions must be:

•In original condition with no signs of use

•In original packaging, if possible

 

💸 Refunds

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method

•Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

•If the cushion was defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping

We offer exchanges for colour or size variations (if stock is available). However please note that each of our items are unique with varying patterns and placement. To start an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
