Intellectual Property

En Tissu website contains material and design that is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.  Such material may not be used, stored, reproduced, published, altered or transmitted in any form for commercial purposes without prior written consent of En Tissu. Whilst material may be downloaded for non-commercial purposes, no information contained on the website may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the prior written consent from En Tissu.

 

Indemnity

You and any third party using the En TIssu website and/or its service hereby indemnifies En Tissu, its owners, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates against all claims, costs, expenses, judgments, damages and all and any other liabilities however arising.

 

Terms of Payment

All prices and payments are in Australian Dollars. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal and Bank transfer for bespoke orders.

All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.

Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store credit card information or share your details with third parties.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled. Please contact us if you need help resolving a payment issue.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

When the purchaser is the Interior Decorator, they will not make any representation to their customer to the effect that they are an agent to En Tissu, nor can they offer warranty beyond what is agreed in the terms of sale and as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Design Specification

En Tissu display several design samples on their website, and also offer a custom design service. En Tissu are happy to assist with choosing fabric and finishes.

 

For Bespoke Orders, a design brief will be issued upon verbal confirmation of the order. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed confirmation and 50% deposit.

 

Each product is handmade to order and as such there may be slight variations in measurement and fabric. No guarantee can be given to exactly replicate the sample, seen either directly or online.

 

Fabric

En Tissu is not responsible for any variations in fabrics from the sample or images online.

 

Handblocked fabrics may have pattern placement varying from one fabric to another. Slight colour variations may also occur due to the printing technique.. This can be mistaken for variations / faults in the fabric.

 

En Tissu produce some items made with hand blocked fabric purchased from remote Art Centres in NT, QLD and WA. The fabric is purchased in small quantities in line with the size of the printing table and what is available at the time. No one length of fabric is the same.

                           

Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. 
 

Shipping Locations
We deliver Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
 

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location:

·       Metro areas: 2–5 business days

·       Regional areas: 5–10 business days

·       Remote areas: May take longer

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
 

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.
 

Authority to Leave
By default, all deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is home, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place. 
 

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
 

Large or Fragile Items
Some bulky or fragile items may require special handling or may be shipped via a separate courier. We will notify you of any specific delivery arrangements after purchase.

Care Instructions

En Tissu work with a range of beautiful fabrics, which need love and care. In order to retain the quality and appearance of your piece, and to ensure that your warranty remains valid, please adhere strictly to the following care instructions:
*Do not place the item in direct sunlight
*Do not drag or push your furniture. Always use proper lifting techniques if you need to move your furniture to ensure that no pressure is placed on the joints. improper pressure may result in breaking the hardware on the screens
*Seek advice for correct fabric care when cleaning marks, spills or stains. Cold gentle wash for cushions is advised
